Just struck me as photogenic. Maybe Cylindropuntia spinosior? Not sure. Low to mid-elevation in the Huachuca Mtns.

Found along the Peek-a-boo Loop Trail in Bryce Canyon National Park. Location information is not exact.
A grounds person at the pond, killed this snake. The head had been discarded. Would like to know what it is if it can be identified.
Not sure on the identity of this snake, it was roughly 3 ft. long. The closest image I've found is the desert kingsnake.
