Plant located in Tumacacori, South Of Tucson.
A turtle swimming in the pond, enjoying the cool water
yellow-orange top with white bumps covering it, white stem, pink underneath with lines
very small bumble bee not flying crawling
orange, smooth near the head and has lines down its body
Shown are the few long spines a pad will have. At their base and elsewhere are very small, clear spines. Ouch! They are hard to see, much less remove. Taken right after a rain.
While photographing some wild plants I was lucky enough to catch a bee at work.
A really cool looking beetle! About a little less than an inch long for perspective =-)
