Went over to Cabler Park in Brownsville -- this is a surprisingly cool park with lots of really neat plants. Several harvester ant nests, and I could have sworn I spotted a horned lizard! It disappeared before I could find it though...

This afternoon, I went back to the beach, only a bit further south than yesterday -- Boca Chica! Not as many shells as I was hoping for, but there were still a few broken ones that I was able to document. :) Some other neat beach critters were out here as well.
