Scientific name, Quercus Agrifolia. Leaves are oblong to oval.
The wild cucumber I found was within the sage community and it is a very intertwined plant. It is a green color and has little parts that spiral into curls. Tiny little white flowers also grow on these plants.
This plant was found towards the upper part of the canyon. It is part of the sunflower family as it resembles a much daintier sunflower.
This plant species is approx. 4 ft in height and has a very dry-like looking consistency to it.
This plant was found among other plants. Very tall in size and very pointed.
