I went to undergraduate and graduate school at East Tennessee State University in Johnson City Tennessee for Biology, with a focus on botany. I have worked as a field crew leader for the last three years for the Bureau of Land Management field office in Miles City, MT, and starting in May 2020, I will be working for the Forest Service in the Black Hills National Forest. I am familiar with the flora of rich forests of the Southern Appalachians and the Northern Great Plains.
