In my working life I was first a clinical laboratory scientist, then a high school biology teacher. It was a joy to teach biology, AP biology, biotechnology, and forensic science to high school students in San Juan Capistrano, CA. Retirement provides the freedom to focus on birds now. We have this amazing planet and we must cherish it. Working on my photography skills has enhanced my identification skills. Lived in California most of my life. Lived in the Hill Country in Texas for 7 months. We moved to Tucson, Arizona after Texas. We love it! See you out there.
