I work at NIWA Wellington as a Marine Biology Technician and I am also currently the Assistant Collection Manager at the NIWA Invertebrate Collection (NIC). NIC is a repository for over 300,000 marine invertebrate samples collected since 1950 till now from all over deep sea New Zealand, Antarctica and the wider Pacific. I enjoy trying to identify all marine invertebrates, particularly hydroids and all things jellyfishy.
