I started my interest in IDing the natural world with medicinal and edible plants. Finding a great number of incredibly cool moths led me to go further, then I discovered the joy of scat and track ID. I know a little about a lot of things, I specialize right now in the Trans Pecos region with emphasis on the Alpine/Fort Davis/Big Bend National Park area in Texas because that is where I live. I am learning grasses slowly but surely and I have a few flowers under my belt.
