My name is Robert. I live in Oakland, California. I am an avid surfer and devote my life to studying the ocean. I am an a freelance, amateur, marine biologist by observation of marine life. At this point, I have no formal eduction in the area, though I would like to change that. I am currently trying to write a book called "When Sharks Sleep" based on observations of the ocean through the art of surfing. My interest also lies in scuba diving.
