From a very young age I associated with animals very well, and still continue to do so today. I would like to become more fluent with my Behavioural knowledge of NZ birds and Arachnids. Have worked with the NZ Kaki (Black Stilt) for 6weeks during their peek breeding time, during which I was able to check eggs viability, weigh and tag two hour old chicks and care for them till about 4weeks of age when as sub adults they moved on to the outdoor aviaries till old enough for wild release, this was a most enjoyable experience and I feel utterly privileged.
