The Providence Parks Urban Wildlife Refuge Partnership is a collaborative between the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service, RI National Wildlife Refuge Complex, the Partnership for Providence Parks and the City of Providence Parks and Recreation Department. Together, we engage Providence residents and visitors in utilizing our public parks; bringing a strong message of conservation and promoting environmental education through a variety of facets. By exploring these Urban Refuges, we are able to instill an appreciation for nature and pride in our local parks with all they have to offer!
