I recently 'became' a citizen scientist because it married my outdoor and volunteer interests. By day, I am a high-tech marketer focused on digital, creative, and experiential marketing.

I will serve as one of the project leads for Earthwatch Institute's new research initiative in Northern California called, Sierra to Sea.

I am also an active participant in our organization's commitment to the White House Climate Data Initiative. By creating a 'climate data lake' we will provide citizen scientists with the ability to create data visualizations from multiple data sets.
