Engagement officer at the secretariat of the Global Biodiversity Information Facility (GBIF) based in Copenhagen. Before starting in this role in 2011 I was a journalist based in an area of the Atlantic Forest, Brazil, where I made a large number of bird observations which I would like to organize so at least some of them can be published through iNaturalist. I continue to make visits to the same region in São Paulo state and will work to expand my observations there as well as encourage friends and colleagues to submit theirs.
