Single individual observed on petals of Gaillardia pulchella. I'm not sure that I have observed this species before. I'm hesitant to just below the subfamily Eumeninae. Any assistance in helping me identify the specimen would be greatly appreciated. Partly sunny, strong breeze, 77-82F.
