Description

Mottled Wood Owl

It is a species of large owls found in India. They lack the ear tufts and having the concentric barring on the face.
We got to observe it in the morning for about half an hour or so.It shuffled in between two trees as the crows tried to mob it. and when the crows left it alone, in sometime it started to take a nap.
