One of several at the light, and we saw a caterpillar on Ceanothus the next night. I didn't realize the females were flightless! They look like little hairballs (see Joyce Gross's excellent photo series on the life history of this moth at http://mothphotographersgroup.msstate.edu/Files/Live/JGross/TussockMothParasitoids.htm).
