The Hinterhof is home to at least 300 species! This is an astonishingly high diversity right in the middle of a Central European city, and from a survey area of only 1300 m2.
More than 250 (84%) are identified to species level, thanks to the iNat community and in particular to Donald Hobern, who provided IDs for most of the moths.

And for those who are interested to know what's occurring in a garden of Copenhagen, Denmark, have a look at Donald Hobern's jaw-dropping list from Toppen!
I think there's loads of potential for interesting ecological research if a bunch of dedicated people would engage in similar projects.
The City of Braunschweig and the surrounding county has quite a diversity of habitats, and the city maintains some highly informative web pages on its conservation activities (all in German). At the bottom of this web page are links to a very extensive report, with inventories of numerous groups (which serve as a useful summary of the species pool around the Hinterhof):

Nice done, as I understand its your backyard, yes?
Thanks, Artem! Yes, this is the place where we live.
Amazing project and amazing diversity that you were able to locate there!
Thanks, @ajott, I'm still amazed by this diversity and new species are still added at a pretty high rate without much effort.
Long impressed by your urban yard biodiversity, @jakob, I finally made my own project collecting years of observations: https://www.inaturalist.org/projects/carrie-s-home-biodiversity
@aztekium_tutor has an even more impervious lot with amazing diversity! https://www.inaturalist.org/projects/casa
Cheers, Carrie, it seems yours is a Passiflora hotspot for some reason....
Do I get it right that @aztekium_tutor's place is pretty much concrete jungle with very little if any green?
PS: it would be really nice if the iNat team could come up with some sort of umbrella project to host all the individual yard projects!
The Passiflora incarnata I planted does seem to have plans for world domination... starting in my yard. But mostly I've made a lot of observations of it for phenology and recording the ripe fruits, and of the bees visiting the flowers. I just really love passionfruit.
Yeah, I heard @aztekium_tutor present about his "casa" project and it really is as urban as it looks! Hope Carlos can describe more :-)
As far as an umbrella project goes, I hesitate to commit staff to anything else that we could be a bottleneck on, but it would be fun to have an umbrella to compare them, so I made you and Carlos admins. I can't seem to add "casa" because there are so many projects that use it but maybe Carlos can. https://www.inaturalist.org/projects/home-projects-umbrella
How cool - I didn't know that umbrella projects can include both new and old project types!
Hello amigos, thank you @carrieseltzer for mentioning me, and yes, @jakob, my home has a very small front and back yard, you would be really surprised, is just 7 meters front (is really a small square), there is a long and sad story behind this house, I will ell you later,
We started to take photos of everything moving in the front and back yard, and inside the house, there are 5 people living here, including me, dad, Lily my wife and two kids, which I have not been able to get them in to iNat :(
We have a messy garden type, so all kind of wildflowers and "weeds" are growing here, some are planted;I tend to take many pictures from the backyard light, which had been changed over this last years, what I think is we do live near the mountain with native vegetation like oak forest and pied-mont shrub, so I guess this kicks up the numbers
I was not aware I had a project, I just changed this to the new format.
If you want I can make a video call for you to see this small garden
I also added Zabdiel Peralta home, there are some new Home additions around here, so I might me adding some more!
