johnascher Common Digger Bees (Genus Anthophora)

We need to add a valid subgenus Micranthophora and to move all North American "Heliophila" to this taxon. Also all unplaced species can be moved to subgenus (see Discover Life)

Both issues are now sorted

Moved spp. to Micranthophora per Orr, M. C., Pitts, J. P, & Griswold, T. 2018. Revision of the bee group Anthophora (Micranthophora) (Hymenoptera: Apidae), with notes on potential conservation concerns and a molecular phylogeny of the genus. Zootaxa, 4511(1), 1. doi:10.11646/zootaxa.4511.1.1

The task of moving other unplaced species per Discover Life is still open:

I've just grafted the remaining species. A few were swapped into Amegilla. 2 remain incertae sedis.

Since the subgenera represent different concepts, I've also performed an atlased taxon split to deal with the "Heliophila" spp. records in North America.
