The names "White-winged Scoter" and "WWSC" should be removed. Velvet Scoter and VESC should be left. This would likely avoid a lot of confusion for M. fusca vs M. deglandi. The taxon photos should also probably be changed because they seem to be of M. d. |

This is the old taxon that includes deglandi. Once the split is implemented this taxon will be inactive
