bobby23 European Fallow Deer (Dama dama)

I don't know who it is, but someone keeps changing the taxon photo to this inadequate photo (https://www.inaturalist.org/photos/2458820) and I would really appreciate it it if you would stop.

Resolved in PMs.

There is no way to block users from changing the photos. I don't know if admins can tell you who it is.

I apologize if this seems managerial, but I have spent hours trying to find aesthetically-pleasing and accurate depictions of the mammals on iNaturalist. I try to find default photos that reflect real-world guidebooks. This particular photo of a Fallow Deer (https://www.flickr.com/photos/gregcullen/5110663983/in/faves-163058217@N06/) was really difficult to find, and I think it's a beautiful representation of this species. The animal's entire body falls within the frame. The resolution is high-enough that the photo looks nice regardless of where it is used on the site (be it on the website, app, Seek, etc.). The composition accents key characteristics for identification.

Please reconsider changing it, or at least explain to me why you feel this (https://www.inaturalist.org/photos/2458820) is a better representation of the species.

@cmcheatle last I spoke to them, they do not internally track who changes taxon photos. My hope is that raising this flag will just grab the other users attention. I would really appreciate leaving it unresolved until then.
