Interestingly, both the FNA and Flora of China appear to have it in Lindernia http://legacy.tropicos.org/Name/29207947?tab=acceptednames.
In a case like this where the names are nomenclatural synonyms, I'd be inclined to follow POWO at the risk that they're behind in their classification. If we need to move it back to Lindernia in the future, this is simple and does not alter taxonomic concepts.
