@mrtnlowr I made this deviation to describe how we're deviating from POWO here https://www.inaturalist.org/taxon_framework_relationships/463386

Can you confirm this is how you want it (which seems to line up with Lode http://cactus-aventures.com/Taxonomy_of_the_Cactaceae_Index_of_Synonyms_&_errata.pdf as far as I can tell)
Tunilla = Airampoa
Tunilla soehrensii = Airampoa chilensis, Airampoa ayrampo, Airampoa minuscula, Airampoa orurensis
Tunilla corrugata = Airampoa corrugata, Airampoa albisaetacens, Airampoa armata
Tunilla erectoclada = Airampoa picardoi, Airampoa erectoclada
Tunilla microdisca = Airampoa microdisca
Tunilla tilcarensis = Airampoa tilcarensis

Hi Scott,

That's about right except for A. orurensis which I'm pretty sure is distinct from A. ayrampo.

This change will probably create some flack as there is pretty strong feeling amongst Peruvian and some European botanists and others that Tunilla is the correct name for the genus.

Cheers!

Should have looked at the wiring first :) Looks like you've kept all the names. We won't need all of them as very few obs can be IDed to species level in this genus. I think only A. ayrampo will get much use.

Ok great - as you say, no change needed. But I'll close this flag since the taxonomy is how you want it and we have a mapping in place https://www.inaturalist.org/taxon_framework_relationships/463386 describing how we're deviating from POWO
