Looks like Potamogeton filiformis Raf. is an unplaced name in POWO.

Potamogeton filiformis Pers. is the synonym of Stuckenia filiformis:

But also of Stuckenia pectinata http://plantsoftheworldonline.org/taxon/urn:lsid:ipni.org:names:77099639-1#synonyms Which presents problems, since they are both wide-spread.

Hi all, I've just checked observations. They clearly belong to long-established name Potamogeton filiformis Pers. which is a synonym of Stuckenia filiformis.
At the moment, both Stuckenia filiformis and Potamogeton filiformis are available on iNat as accepted species. This taxon duplication should be finally resolved by merging of Potamogeton filiformis and Stuckenia filiformis under the latter name.

It would be nice if Potamogeton filiformis could be replaced with Stuckenia filiformis, because (anyway) the name Potamogeton filiformis is outdated.
