POWO calls this Pilosella scouleri:
http://powo.science.kew.org/taxon/urn:lsid:ipni.org:names:30189962-2

VASCAN accepts Hieracium and Pilosella as split, but it puts scouleri under Hieracium instead of Pilosella.

https://data.canadensys.net/vascan/taxon/3236

and POWO puts the variety nudicale as Hieracium nudicale... http://powo.science.kew.org/taxon/urn:lsid:ipni.org:names:122383-2

Similar to some other cases:
Hieracium albiflorum - https://www.inaturalist.org/flags/273548
Hieracium venosum - https://www.inaturalist.org/flags/273307

POWO updated.
I have edited the taxon framework relationship to remove the deviation.
