I see it too. Clicking edit gives the fail whale.
I was able to add the scientific name with (true), but clicking on undefined gets me a fail whale too, whether trying from the Edit taxon page or the Taxon page.

Something rather odd just happened when I tried to import a name and I got redirected to this taxon. Made a bug report because I'm guessing it's related:

Perhaps a bug? It comes up fine for me.
