Yes according to recent papers, these species should be under Achelous (see here for example: https://academic.oup.com/jcb/article/38/2/190/4835237 and here http://www.geologija-revija.si/dokument.aspx?id=1384 )

We've got alot of crabs duplicated under both Portunus and Achelous
