I guess the whole Clethrionomys split from Myodes thing is MDD. So we should do all or nothing

I haven't seen much recent use of the combination Clethrionomys glareolus, but it's not my field of expertise so I'm pretty neutral here.
This is Clethrionomys glareolus in MDD - @jakob, @bobby23 , @jwidness should we deviate or swap? It has ~2.5k obs
