Probably a bad swap from Camaridium vestitum. Proper name would be Maxillaria vestita Schltr. or Maxillaria parviflora, further complicated by Maxillaria vestita (Sw.) A.Lemée being a synonym of M. parviflora. Two observations have indicated Camaridium vestitum in the descriptions, but I'm still worried about swapping given the complexity of the situation.
