Perenniporia ochrolecua (and also Perenniporia ohioensis) are now widely accepted as belonging to the genus Truncospora, ie Truncospora ochroleuca (Berk.) Pilat., e.g. Index Fungorum / species Fungorum:

All recent literature accepts Truncospora, and no recent global treatment advocates a wide sense of Perenniporia including Truncospora.
