Swap done

@hsini_lin swapped the other way. Is there a good reason to deviate from MB? Looks like the taxonomy has updated yet again.

It was norvegica, then capitata and back to norvegica

@thomaseverest @hsini_lin
There is a senseless ‘war’ going on between two factions of Russian scientists and some international allies about this and other taxonomy. I and, I hope, iNat. and Hsini wish to keep out of it and not take sides.
We should accept the team of scientists at WoRMS as the umpire if a Tower of Babel is to be avoided. When I raised the conflict with a major European scientific body, which is going to host my species accounts, I was told that my nomenclature must conform at point of creation with what is current on WoRMS (in the same way as reputable scientific publications insist their authors do). Here is part of what I was told:

“This has been going on for 10 years with the different Russian groups backstabbing each other and dragging their various international friends in to take sides in a nonsensical power struggle. It make me very uncomfortable that this is now getting conflated with accusing people of literal warmongering.”

It is possible that WoRMS may be swayed back by argument to capitata, who can tell? Both sides believe they have cogent arguments. When/If WoRMS changes I will change; ‘a rose by any other name would smell as sweet’.

The important thing is to help folk distinguish and identify P. norvegica from P. quadrlineata with which it was previously unknowingly aggregated. It requires careful explanation. Having to add explanation that iNat is using a name from what is 'accepted' adds unnecessary complication. Example at https://www.inaturalist.org/observations/126720226

typo 'name from' = 'name different from'
