Based on this paper it may be best to move all "A. metallica" to "A. metallica complex" but "A. metallica fulgida" can become "A. viridula" https://zookeys.pensoft.net/article/86413/ |

All the changes you requested should now be complete, including the creation of the complex (see: https://www.inaturalist.org/taxa/1428145-Augochloropsis-metallica). All you need to do for that complex is check the approximately 30 current taxon viridula IDs to see if any need to change (by manually making IDs) (link: https://www.inaturalist.org/observations?verifiable=true&taxon_id=1428143&preferred_place_id=1&locale=en).
Lastly, the paper also says sumptuosa is split which will require adding humeralis (see flag: https://www.inaturalist.org/flags/595501)?
Note there may have been one problem, which could benefit from any curators helping determine how to fix it: https://www.inaturalist.org/flags/595503.
There are likely zero properly confirmed "A. metallica" on all of iNaturalist despite overzealous ID work by many.
To move things in the right direction please implement the recommendation above.
