For some reason the name is not in IPNI or POWO. We can't add it until it is picked up in those databases
https://www.europlusmed.org/cdm_dataportal/taxon/44764705-4b49-47c2-86fd-f3a0078ea71b
I submitted the name to https://www.ipni.org/n/77331490-1 and informed POWO few months ago. Now the name Odontarrhena serpyllifolia is finally available: https://powo.science.kew.org/taxon/urn:lsid:ipni.org:names:3307159-4 Please add it and include Alyssum pintodasilvae in the synonymy (see https://alysseae.sav.sk/checklists/detail/1462 or POWO)

Yes, that's geographically correct: S France, the entire Iberian Peninsula, North Africa (I have seen all the recent Algerian and Moroccan observations). But Sicilia is O. nebrodensis (I have already revised the observation accordingly). I will review all the observations later, but for now you can safely replace A. serpyllifolium with O. serpyllifolia.
the correct name for Alyssum serpyllifolium is Odontarrhena serpyllifolia https://alysseae.sav.sk/checklists/detail/1462
