Isophrictis similiella is a moth of the Gelechiidae family. It was described by Chambers in 1872. It is found in North America, where it has been recorded from Kentucky, Arkansas, Illinois, Indiana, Maine, Manitoba, Massachusetts, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, Saskatchewan and Texas.
