Matsutake (Chinese and Japanese: 松茸, Korean: 송이 (Songyi), pine mushroom, Tricholoma matsutake = syn. T. nauseosum = syn. Armillaria ponderosa) is the common name for a highly sought mycorrhizal mushroom that grows in Asia, Europe, and North America.
