Leaves: basal, up to 12 inches long, slender and semi-circular in cross section, groove down center towards base
Fruit/Seed: yellowish green, slender capsule 1/3 inch long
Height: 6-20 inches
Flowering: May - July
Habitat: fens, marshes, bogs
