Spilarctia bisecta is a moth in the family Erebidae. It was described by Leech in 1889. It is found in China (Shanghai, Hong Kong, Sichuan, Jiangxi, Shandong, Jiangsu, Zhejiang, Hubei, Hunan, Fujian, Guangdong, Guangxi, Guizhou, Yunnan, Tibet).
