Pristimantis eremitus is a species of frog in the family Craugastoridae. It is found in the Cordillera Occidental in northwestern Ecuador from the Cotopaxi Province northward and on western slope of the Colombian Massif in the Nariño Department, extreme southwestern Colombia.
