Kopf, Pronotum, Rostrum, Brust und Beine grün; Pronotumkiele und Ränder, Ränder der Stirn- fläche und kielartige Erhöhungen derselben, sowie Clipeusseitenränder und zwei Clipeuslängsstreifen sind gelb. Augen braun, Ocellen glasartig auf gelbem Grund, Fühler grün mit braunen Warzen und bräun- licher Fühlerborste. Schildchen oben grünlich, an den Seiten gelb mit großem braunen Fleck. Vorder- flügelwurzelfeld (31/2 mm) grün, darauf folgt eine schmale, gelbe Querbinde woran sich eine breite, rote Querbinde, anschließt; der Rest des Vorder- flügels, die Apicalhälfte ist braun mit grünen Adern und trägt auf seinem Mittelteile einen weniger deut- lichen und zwei deutliche runde, braune Flecke; außerdem stehen in der Costalzelle im Bereich der roten Färbung drei große, gelbe Flecke und ein kleiner im Corium hinter dem zweiten von gleicher Farbe. Basalteil der Hinterflügel rot, Apicalteil bräunlich-ockergelb. Bauchsegmente des Hinterleibes rot, Rückensegmente schwarz mit gelben Hinterrand- säumen. Körperlänge 20 mm, Länge mit den Vorder- flügeln 30 mm. Mayumbe (Deleval).
Typus im Musée de Congo belge. Zu Ehren des Kammersängers Freiherrn v. Raatz- Brockmann in Berlin benannt.

Eyes brown, ocelli vitreous on a yellow background, antennae green with brown warts and brownish antennal bristles. Scallops greenish above, yellow with a large brown spot on the sides. Fore wing root zone (31/2 mm) green, followed by a narrow, yellow transverse band followed by a broad, red transverse band; the remainder of the fore wing, the apical half, is brown with green veins and bears one less distinct and two distinct round brown spots on its central part; in addition, there are three large yellow spots in the costal cell in the area of red staining and a smaller one in the corium behind the second of the same color. Hind wing basal part red, apical part brownish-ochre yellow. Belly segments of abdomen red, dorsal segments black with yellow posterior margins. Body length 20 mm, length with forewings 30 mm. Mayumbe (Deleval).
