The Fawn Sphinx is a moth in the Sphingidae family. It is found throughout eastern United States and Canada. Although another common name is Laurel Sphinx, its larvae feed on more than just laurel.

Host Plants 4

Although other hosts are possible, fawn sphinx caterpillars at Floracliff are only known to eat ash.
