Stem 6-10.5 cm long; leaves narrowly ensiform, thick, leathery, 42-50 x 10-12 mm, with a pitted surface, flowers with white-yellow sepals, white petals, lip and spur and a green column; sepals 22-25 mm long; lip concave, eliptic, acute, 49-52 x 15-20 mm; spur 8-10 cm long, funnel-shaped at base.
