The Ansorge's free-tailed bat (Chaerephon ansorgei) is a species of bat in the family Molossidae. It is found in Angola, Cameroon, Democratic Republic of the Congo, Ethiopia, Nigeria, South Africa, Sudan, and Zimbabwe. Its natural habitats are subtropical or tropical dry forests, dry savanna, moist savanna, rocky areas, caves, and subterranean habitats (other than caves).
