Plant descriptions ²

Rhizome shortly creeping, fleshy, with dark brown scales, lanceolate, with integer edge. Closely spaced fronds, leathery. Petioles 80 cm long, with reddish hair, short. Limbe has outline deltoid, up to 80 cm long. tripinnatifid to quadripinnate. Rachis wing, hairless (lower side) with short red hair (top side). Marginal sorus, persistent indusium, leathery, reiniform.
