The Spotted bat (Euderma maculatum), is a small bat. As you can see from the photos, it has incredibly large and long ears that people will be able to tell this bat from other alike it. It is black in color but has three white spots, two are on the upper part of its back (left and right side) and the third on the lower area of his body. These animals range from 100-125 mm in length and there no sexual dimorphism. They weigh between 15-22 grams. This animal can be found in Iron County, Utah.
