Amblyscirtes reversa (the Reversed Roadside Skipper) is a butterfly of the Hesperiidae family. It has a scattered distribution from south-eastern Virginia, south to northern Georgia. It is also found in southern Mississippi and southern Illinois.

Amblyscirtes reversa is resident in the southeastern United States (Scott 1986). Habitats are wet woods, near streams or swamps where the host grows. Host plant is the grass species Arundinaria tecta. There are multiple flights each year with the approximate flight time late March- early Sept. (Scott 1986).
