The Snowberry Sphinx moth may be found in mountain woodlands and prairie stream valleys from British Columbia / Manitoba to Southern California / West Texas. Adults, with wingspans from 68 to 94 mm, are active from May until August. Larvae feed on snowberry and coralberry, while the nocturnal adults feed on columbine and honeysuckle.
