Pristimantis cerasinus is a species of frog in the Strabomantidae family. It is found in Costa Rica, Honduras, Nicaragua, and Panama. Its natural habitats are subtropical or tropical moist lowland forests, plantations, and rural gardens. It is threatened by habitat loss.
