Dendropsophus phlebodes, the San Carlos tree frog, is a species of frog in the family Hylidae. It is found in Colombia, Costa Rica, Nicaragua and Panama. Its natural habitats are subtropical or tropical moist lowland forests, freshwater marshes, intermittent freshwater marshes, rural gardens, and heavily degraded former forest. It is threatened by habitat loss.
