Cechenena aegrota is a species of moth in the family Sphingidae. It was described by Butler in 1875. It is known from Nepal, north-eastern India (Sikkim, Meghalaya), Bangladesh, Thailand, Laos, southern China (Hainan, Hong Kong) and Vietnam.
