Holcus mollis, known as creeping soft grass or creeping velvet grass, is a species of grass, native to Europe and western Asia.
Longer awn than Holcus lanatus, but still not long. Not a spike. Very hairy node, but not so hairy elsewhere. Greenish rather than pink.
