The São Tomé collared fruit bat (Myonycteris brachycephala) is a species of bat in the Pteropodidae family. It is endemic to São Tomé island. Its natural habitats are subtropical or tropical moist lowland forests and subtropical or tropical moist montane forestes. It is threatened by habitat loss.
